Why Stay At The Angler's Boutique Resort
The hotel's Art Deco design and hip and vibrant neighborhood are just a few of the perks at this boutique resort.
The Angler's Boutique Resort is an enclave of four Art Deco buildings—two dating from 1930—just two blocks away from sunny Miami Beach. The hotel's 49 spacious rooms are dressed in soft earth tones and fitted with custom beds by J. Wallace Tutt, a designer notable for his work on Ocean Drive's Versace Mansion. Bathrooms are lofty, marble-clad spaces stocked with plenty of plush white towels and Aveda products. Expect balconies with some of the rooms and modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and iPod docking stations. Though not on the beach, The Angler's does have a small pool and other amenities including a health club and in-room spa services like deep-tissue massage that can be arranged for you by the concierge. The hotel's restaurant, 660, is one of the property's highlights, serving up delicious Mediterranean fare like fresh fish, pastas, small tapas nibbles, and prime cuts of beef.
Book dinner reservations at a table on the garden terrace surrounded by palms and flowers.
Ask the concierge to arrange a tour of South Beach Art Deco architecture.
