Why Stay At Hotel Teatro

Theater fans will appreciate the Teatro's understated luxury, modern comforts, superior service—and location across from Denver's performing arts center.

The Scoop

You can just picture the top-billed players at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts across the street settling in here at one of Denver's top luxury hotels. A complete refurbishing in 2008 left the 110 rooms more welcoming than ever, their modern décor warmed by cherrywood furnishings, damask fabrics, Indonesian marbles and sandstone, and a rich color scheme of gold and sage. Not that modern luxuries are overlooked: amenities include Frette linens, iPod docks, 36-inch plasma TVs, Aveda bath products, and rainforest showerheads. The hotel's two restaurants—one contemporary French, the other modern Italian—are both run by one of Denver's most award-winning chefs, Kevin Taylor.

Insider Tips

The hotel will help you stay fit, whether you want to join the (free) daily 10 a.m. guided run through downtown, or have a (free) yoga mat, props, and CD delivered to your room.

The Teatro is super pet-friendly. It provides food and water bowls—it even has treat/toy packages—and, unusually, doesn't charge a penny extra to have Fido or Fluffy in your room.
