Why Stay At The Mulia
The sprawling estate is surrounded by tropical landscapes and overlooks trendy Nusa Dua Bay beach.
Picturesque Bali, the famed Island of the Gods, with its varied landscape of mountains, rugged coastlines and sandy beaches, provides a colorful backdrop for The Mulia. The resort's opulent air-conditioned accommodations come with ocean views and feature original artwork, plush seating spaces with plush sofas as well as fridges and mini bars. High ceilings, a winding grand staircase and a smattering of cozy sitting areas make for a dramatic lobby entrance, while statues around the Oasis Pool—one of several—offer a glimpse of the highly spiritual Balinese culture. Wander the expansive, impeccably maintained grounds with a widely varied offering of fine eateries and bars or find serenity at the property's traditional spa. Try an exfoliating body lulur; a centuries-old skin polishing treatment utilizing aromatic spices like turmeric, clove and galangan. For parents' piece of mind, kids can let loose at the on-site Kids' Club complete with entertainment and a well-equipped playroom.
Sunday brunch at Soleil Restaurant has made a local name for itself, so pre-book a table to be on the safe side.
No need for a taxi: Hitch a ride on one of the complimentary shuttle busses that run between the hotel and Bali Collection.
Arrive at Denpasar Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) which is approximately 9.5 miles from the hotel. Anticipate about 25 minutes of travel time.Jl. Raya Nusa Dua Selatan, Kawasan Sawangan, Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia

Why We Love Bali
One of Bali's most prominent vacation spots, Nusa Dua on the island's southern tip is replete with ribbons of white-sand beaches and pulse-pounding waters ideal for surfing, scuba diving and fishing.
Melia Benoa Beach, Jalan Segara Samuh, Nusa Dua.
Where to Drink: Grab two-for-one cocktails (like a Mint and Ginger Collins) and watch the sun go down during happy hour at hip beachside Kul Kul Bar. The place gets rockin' with live music and DJs as the evening progresses. Happy Hour 6pm-8pm daily.
Kawasan Pariwisata Nusa Dua Lot N2, Nusa Dua.
Where to Shop: Experience a lively pasar senggol (street bazaar) at the Grand Hyatt Bali. A collection of vendors lining the pathways sells wares ranging from Balinese fabric to intricately carved wooden masks as well as typical island snacks. 7pm-11pm daily.
Kawasan Wisata Nusa Dua.
Outdoor Excursion: Only 45 minutes southwest of the resort, you'll find Pura Luhur Uluwatu Temple spectacularly perched on a cliff steeply dropping into the sea. Make sure to watch the traditional kecak dance performed at sunset. Tip: Keep your valuables hidden. Resident cheeky monkeys are known to pickpocket.
